Unipacks Refund Policy

The short version

30 days. No reason needed. Full refund.

The 30 days start when you buy

You have 30 calendar days to get your money back.

The clock starts the day you buy. Nothing changes that date. There is no activation step. There is no lesson you have to finish first. You do not have to open the Playbook at all.

You do not have to give a reason. You can tell us the Playbook was not what you wanted. You can tell us nothing. Both work the same way.

How to ask

Email support@unipacks.shop from the address you used at checkout. Say you want a refund. That is the whole process.

If you cannot email from that address, send us your order number instead.

What happens next

  • We reply within 2 business days.
  • We send the money back to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
  • Your bank usually posts it in 5 to 10 business days. That part is up to your bank.
  • You get back the full $197, plus any sales tax you paid.

What you give up

When the refund goes through, your access ends. The lessons and the tools stop opening.

If you printed or saved anything, please delete it. Once you take the refund, you no longer have a license to use it.

After 30 days

We do not give refunds after day 30. The Playbook is digital. You had a full month to read it and decide.

Two things stay true no matter what:

  • If something is broken on our side and we cannot fix it, email us. We will make it right.
  • Nothing here takes away rights your state's law gives you.

Email us before you dispute a charge

If something is wrong, email support@unipacks.shop first.

Inside 30 days we will refund you, and it is faster than a bank dispute. A dispute can take your bank weeks. An email takes us two days.

If you file a dispute without contacting us, we may end your access while the bank reviews it.

Read Lesson 1 first. It is free.

Lesson 1 and the Major Fit Check tool cost nothing. Join the email list and read them.

If Lesson 1 is not worth your student's time, the other sixteen will not be either. Do not spend $197 to find that out.

Nothing ships

The Playbook is digital only. Nothing is mailed to you. There is nothing to send back, and no return shipping to pay.
