Unipacks Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Unipacks LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Unipacks," "we," "us"). They cover unipacks.shop and The Unipacks Playbook.

By buying the Playbook, signing in, or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the site.

1. Who can buy

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must be buying from inside the United States. We do not sell outside the US.
  • You must give a working email address at checkout. Read Section 4 before you pay. It matters more than it looks.

2. What you are buying

The Unipacks Playbook (the "Playbook") is one digital product, sold once for $197 USD. Every purchase includes all three of these:

  1. 17 lessons. Written lessons you read on unipacks.shop.
  2. 17 interactive tools. One per lesson. You enter your own numbers and the tool works them out. The tools run inside your web browser on unipacks.shop.
  3. The Printable Toolkit. Pages you can print or save.

All three come with the purchase. There is no upgrade, no unlock step, and no second payment. The Printable Toolkit is available right away, not later.

Nothing is shipped to you. There is no physical item.

3. The interactive tools are part of what you bought

This section controls over anything in an earlier version of these terms that treated tools, calculators, applications, or programs as a separate product, a separate tier, or a future release.

  • The 17 interactive tools are part of the Playbook.
  • They are covered by the price you paid.
  • They are not a separate product, a separate license, an add-on, or an upgrade.
  • No part of the Playbook is carved out of your purchase because of how it is built or what someone calls it.

Future products. We may sell other products later. Any future product will have its own name, its own page, and its own price. Buying the Playbook does not entitle you to a future product. Releasing a future product does not remove anything from the Playbook you already bought.

4. Your account and the email address on your order

Accounts here do not use passwords. Every time you sign in, we email a 6-digit code to the address on your order. Every time. Not just the first time.

So the email address used at checkout controls access all year.

  • If a parent buys with the parent's address, the student cannot sign in unless that parent forwards a code each time.
  • If you read free Lesson 1 first, your browser may fill in that same address at checkout. Check it before you pay.
  • Already bought with the wrong address? Email support@unipacks.shop and we can move it.

You are responsible for the codes sent to your address and for anyone you let use your account.

5. What "lifetime access" means

"Lifetime access" means the life of the product. It does not mean your lifetime, and it does not mean forever. Here is the exact promise.

  • Guaranteed period. We will keep the Playbook online and available to you for at least 36 months from the date you buy.
  • After that. Access continues for as long as we keep offering the Playbook. We expect that to be a long time. We are not promising it.
  • If we ever stop. We will email you at least 60 days before access ends. Before it ends, we will give you a free downloadable copy of all 17 lessons and the Printable Toolkit. That copy is yours to keep.
  • One limit on the downloadable copy. The interactive tools need a browser and our site to run. They may not work in a downloaded copy. The lessons and the Printable Toolkit will.
  • We can change the contents. We can edit, add, replace, or retire individual lessons and tools as information changes. During the guaranteed period we will not drop below 17 lessons and 17 tools.

Access can also end early if you take a refund (Section 7) or if we end it under Section 13.

6. What you can and cannot do with it

You may:

  • Read the lessons and use the tools for your own household.
  • Print the Printable Toolkit for your own household.
  • Share your account with people in your own household, including your student.

You may not:

  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or give away the Playbook or your access.
  • Post the lessons, tools, or Toolkit anywhere else, public or private. That includes file-sharing sites, group chats, course platforms, and school portals.
  • Copy the lessons or tools to build a competing product.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy the site.
  • Use the Playbook to train an AI system or to reproduce it.

We license the Playbook to you. We do not transfer ownership of it.

7. Refunds

30 days from purchase. No reason needed. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

When a refund is issued, your access ends. You agree to stop using the Playbook and to delete copies you saved or printed.

8. This is information, not advice

The Playbook is educational information. That is all it is.

  • We are not financial advisors, lenders, loan servicers, tax preparers, attorneys, admissions consultants, or licensed counselors.
  • Nothing in the Playbook is financial, legal, tax, or admissions advice for your situation.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any college, university, the U.S. Department of Education, or the FAFSA program.
  • We never fill out or file a financial aid form for you, and we never charge for that. FAFSA is free to file at studentaid.gov.
  • The interactive tools do arithmetic on numbers you type in. The output is an estimate built from your own inputs. It is not a prediction and not a recommendation.

No guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise admission to any school, any amount of scholarship or aid money, any grade, any internship, any job, any salary, or any other result. Those depend on things we do not control.

Costs, aid rules, loan terms, and deadlines change. Check anything that matters against the official source before you act on it.

9. Price and payment

  • $197 USD, one time. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no recurring charge, no free trial that converts.
  • We may change the price for future buyers at any time. A price change never affects a purchase already made.
  • Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it, based on where you are.
  • Payment is processed by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

10. Our content and brand

The lessons, tools, Printable Toolkit, site design, copy, and the Unipacks name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Unipacks™ is a trademark of Unipacks LLC. Everything on the site is protected by copyright.

11. What we do not warrant

The site and the Playbook are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Some states do not allow some of these exclusions. Where your state does not, that exclusion does not apply to you.

12. Limit on what we owe you

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Our total liability to you for anything connected to the Playbook or the site is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For most buyers that is $197.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost opportunities, or lost data, even if we were warned they were possible.

This limit does not apply to anything the law does not allow us to limit, including our own fraud or intentional misconduct.

If this allocation of risk is not acceptable to you, your remedy is the 30-day refund.

13. Ending access

You can stop using the Playbook whenever you want.

We can suspend or end your access if you break Section 6, if you file a payment dispute without contacting us first, or if you use the site to break the law or to harm someone. If we end access for one of those reasons, no refund is owed unless you are still inside the 30-day window.

14. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because of how you used the Playbook or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of handling it, including attorney fees. We will notify you promptly and let you participate in the defense.

15. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version in effect on the day you bought is the version that governs your purchase, except where a change is required by law. We will update the date at the top. Material changes will also be emailed to buyers.

16. Disputes

  • Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
  • Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts in [YOUR COUNTY] County, Florida. You and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
  • Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.
  • Claims must be brought individually. You and we each waive the right to bring or join a class action or representative action about the Playbook.
  • Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, unless your state does not permit that limit.

17. Everything else

  • Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still stands.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not stop us enforcing it later.
  • Assignment. You cannot transfer these terms or your access. We can transfer them if the business is sold.
  • Entire agreement. These terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Playbook. They replace anything said earlier, including on a sales page or in an email.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
